8. Right of data portability
You have the right to receive any data relating to your person that you have transmitted to us in a standard structured and machine-readable format. You can also request that we transmit this data to a third party immediately on your first instruction provided this processing is based on consent as defined under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR or a contract within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and the processing carried out by us has taken place as part of automated data processing.
In exercising this right of data portability you are also entitled to have data relating to your person transmitted directly to another data controller, insofar as this is technically feasible. None of the freedoms or rights of other individuals may be compromised in the process of this.
The right of data portability does not apply to personal data processing which is necessary for the performance of a task in the public interest or which is carried out in the exercise of official authority assigned to the data controller.

 

9. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77(1) GDPR
